For Sale: 1948 Willys Jeep in Rowlett, Texas for sale in Rowlett, TX

Vehicle Description Here we have a recently rescued Willys Jeep barn find.
I wish I could take credit and say we expended a monumental effort to resurrect it but in all honesty it was a pretty easy undertaking to get it running and driving.
Is it ready for a road trip? Well, not really but it would not take much to get it there.
What it is ready for is a 4th of July neighborhood parade, a deer lease runaround, a prime spot in a car barn.
Or, it would make a great starting point for a full restoration.
There is some rust in a few spots, mainly in the bed floor panel but the frame and structural components are nice and sold.
There are plenty of things to do to improve and enhance this little Jeep, but the flathead four cylinder motor has good oil pressure, has not overheated under my watch and the transmission shifts fine through all three forward and reverse gears.
Transfer case operates as well.
The brakes could benefit from a more complete overhaul than just the new master cylinder we installed but they will stop the truck.
There are a few leaks but it's not like there is a shortage of 75 year olds out there with the same problem.
This little guy is not perfect, but it's got an honest soul and a connection with history beyond the automotive industry.
It's an American icon, universally adored by octogenarians, teenage girls, small kids and most dogs.
This Willys Jeep is located in Rowlett, Texas and is offered for sale as is where is.
Clean Texas title.
