Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Regional Trainer reports to the Regional Manager and is responsible for follow-up training within the region.? This follow-up training reinforces and expands on information covered in New Hire Orientation.? This position works closely with all branches within the region to ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed.? The Regional Trainer supports the Regional Manager by providing training, processing support and management support within the region as needed.? Regional trainers also provide support to corporate training department and periodically provide instruction at New Hire Orientation classes.


Education and/or Experience ??

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.??

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
