It is our goal to meet or exceed minimum M/WBE/ HUB project goal requirements on all contracts irrespective of the project requirements.
As a superintendent, you will provide organizational and technical expertise to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents.
Direct workflow consistent with the schedule, communicate priorities to the field crews and subcontractors.
Provide total control by studying contracts, contract documents, shop drawings and submittals to ensure proper means and methods are employed to accomplish the work in a safe and quality manner.
This role requires excellent communication skills, as you'll collaborate with various people, such as construction workers, architects and engineers.
In order to succeed, it's important to know how to implement quality, health, and safety standards onsite.

Years of previous industry experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
