Community Director for its Evergreen at Rowlett, a 138 unit Senior Living Community.
This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining the daily operations of a residential property by providing outrageous customer service every day.
Responsible to meet all the requirements of the Low-Income Housing and Tax Credit Department of Housing and Community Affairs compliance programs.
Responsible for leasing, greeting prospects, professionally presenting features and benefits of the community, and coordinating, scheduling, and administrating resident activities.
Prepare and maintain compliance reports for weekly submission to corporate office.
Also, responsible to proofread and organize all lease paperwork as well as the on-going file maintenance and protection of compliance files.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents.
One year working experience in a residential property required.
LIHTC experience required.
