We're seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Therapist (BT) / ABA Therapist who will collaborate with experts and implement best practice child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, analyze data, and track client progress for children, our KIDS, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.
Mental Health Techs Welcome! This is a Clinic Based, Entry-Level position that offers paid training to become an Registered Behavioral Tech (RBT) and work hands on with austistic kids wtih autism by utalizing ABA Therapy.
MISSION:
The mission for this role is to seek empathetic and compassionate individuals ready to be a part of a team, helping, supporting, and guiding children diagnosed with autism by building and improving their communication, problem-solving skills, and social interactions through direct individualized one-on-one ABA therapy treatment plans created by our BCBAs.
Duties:
Received RBT certification within the therapists' first 60 days at Behavioral Innovations.
Follows written skill acquisition and behavior programs with accuracy as written by the BCBA and responds to corrective feedback.
Ensures the safety and dignity of Clients by:
Quickly build rapport and trust with clients by providing high-quality care Applying Professionalism Progression through RBT Ladder Complete 40 hours of RBT training within the first 12 days Receive RBT Certification with in 60 Days Accurately measure and record data collection throughout the therapy sessions with Integrity by completing daily progression notes in Central Reach.
Follow through on training sequence with Lead RBT - gain therapy skills that show competency.
