We operate under the flex-serve model with a strong focus on memberships.
We're seeking an experienced carwash manager to lead our team and build our membership base.
Responsibilities Manage, train, develop, and staff the carwash, which includes but not limited to; customer service, membership sales, and safety.
Create and enforce employee's schedules to optimize labor.
Work directly with Area Manager to manage all aspects of the Carwash operation.
Evaluate inventory to suggest best course of action about stocking the wash with necessary chemical, supplies and spare parts.
Implement cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure a clean and operational wash.
Develop management reports.
Maintain a safe wash environment.
Support employees during high traffic.
Administer customer damage claims.
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Provides customers with information and benefits of the subscription/membership programs.
Works safely and reports safety or maintenance issues.

Willingness to work 50+/- hours per week including weekends and some holidays.
Excellent communication skills and writing skills.
Must be mechanically inclined to work on equipment.

Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
